  It’s 4:24 on Sunday with no one in the lobby . Door picked with note . Closed So I called thought something was off nope First Lady had no idea what to say to answer the question “ please why is the urgent care closed 40 min early “ so a Second Lady took the phone and said the “Census was full” told to drive to Mooresville . Dr Bellingham’s office sends his patients to this Urgent care in his absence . Poor customer care .

  Walked in at 1, was taken back to a room at 1:30, didn’t see a doctor until 2:30. He was only in the room for 2 minutes (and he smacked gum the whole time). I was told there were only 4 other patients. There was no reason for the visit to take that long.

  Front desk staff was very pleasant provided the information of why I was there. Then got back to the room waited over an hour to be seen by the PA and told they could do anything for the reason we were there ingrown toenail. Still charge the $165. Couldn’t they have you looked at the intake chart first before taking us back and let us know that is something they don’t do. I even check to see if an urgent care could do that before hand. My husband has had it done at an urgent before. Thank you for wasting my time and my money.

  I really don't like going to the Doctor Anywhere, however this was just about the most pleasant visit I have ever had. They listened to me and didn't try to speak over me as if someone who sees me once a year knows more about my body than I do. The clerical workers were pleasant the nurses were pleasant and the doctor was pleasant. I wasn't looked at like a dirty sick individual. I felt like a person despite me coughing and hacking like a Cummings engine on a cold morning. They gave me the exact treatment that I have argued with other doctors about without me even asking for it. Why? Because it works! They weren't obsessed with trying to give me covid test and flu test. They didn't just tell me to go get some over the counter crap and go home and rest. No, I received real help. Thank You! to the staff at AFC! I'm after 25 days finally starting to feel better!

  I really appreciated the staff and how amazing, caring, welcoming, helping, and professional they were. I would definitely come back to this facility if I lived closer and I would definitely recommend this provider.
