  Very welcoming. We were taken back quickly and Dr. Lagos was in with us very quickly after the nurse.

  This certainly is not the same place as it was 5 years ago. My experience there back then was excellent and I thought it was this time too, until I got home and read what the doctor had written about me and none of it was true and we didn't discuss anything that was written on the paper the way he wrote it, and he sure didn't listen to anything I had to say apparently. I was very disappointed. The staff was nice, the environment was nice, heck even the doctor was nice to my face. I don't like two-faced people, especially a medical professional who is supposed to be taking care of me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been treated there in this manner.
