I called back hoping to be seen sooner, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day. During the visit, they discovered I had a hole in my retina and quickly referred me to a specialist. Insurance can be a nightmare, but he walked me through the process, answered every call, and truly went out of his way to make sure everything was handled. His professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend this office.

I ended up not liking my glasses and I was able to exchange them within 30 day of purchase which I appreciated. The only problem I have is the lack of unique frames for people with smaller faces. I was unable to find any frames with any personality that suited me so I ended up purchasing frames at a local shop in Pinehurst.
- MLMay LeeAug 12, 20251.0Very disappointing. We were charged over $300 for a pair of glasses for my son. They put the wrong lens on it. They didn’t bother to check when we picked it up. We waited two weeks to get his glasses and then to find out they somehow put the wrong lenses on it. My son had wore it for over a week trusting that it’s a good pair of glasses. We only went back because he couldn’t see well. How can you put the wrong lenses on it??? Horrible quality.
