- AMAmber ManleyJul 29, 20241.0This is the most incompetent place ever. I came two days in a row (three different times for a combined 2 hours spent in the store on this issue) for a simple return on products, had the receipt, and it was within thirty days of purchase. The store is a 45 minute drive for me one way, so I’ve also wasted 3 hours drive time. After a nightmare back and forth of trying to get my return, their cashier named Kyla said they didn’t have enough cash (the product wasn’t even $75), and if I wanted a return to my debit card I’d have to pay again, essentially not giving me my money back. They told me to come back the next day when the manager was there and I did, but the manager wasn’t there and they had to call the manager on the phone who also wasn’t helpful. Next day I come in, the cashier named Jasmine did the return wrong and short paid me and said to leave and call customer support because there was nothing else they could do since both cashiers processed the return incorrectly. I called customer support and they couldn’t help me either since they said it has to be done in store. I called corporate and they said a manager will have to re-process the refund. I go back to the GNC store and the store manager that the cashier called states that they didn’t know how to re-process a return so they had to call district, who finally walked them through it so I ended up getting my money back, but it was calculated wrong within two dollars of my original purchase so I just accepted it and left. Terrible experience I will never go back or buy anything from gnc. All I wanted was a good multivitamin, but due to all of its synthetic ingredients which was incorrectly marketed online, it made me terribly sick. GNC is a horrible company.
