  I have a severe hearing loss for many years. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who also suffers from hearing loss. Dr Mike treated me very well, and the office is also extremely handicapped accessible. My fiancée is in a wheelchair and has no problems getting around in there. I give it a an A++++ rating!

  I am a patient of the Miracle Ear location of Smithfield NC. I had an appointment yesterday February 20, 2019. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Mike Readon performed my annual hearing test. He adjusted my hearing aids to fit my personal needs. It was awesome. He even set my hearing aides to have 2 different settings. I never knew this could be done. It is amazing how well it works for me. He also explained how to set up my smart phone to change the settings from setting 1 to setting 2 using the Genus. Again I was extremely happy. Now some have complained about not being able to change their settings while in their car because of the Bluetooth technology. There is a way around that. Before you turn your car on change your settings that way the Bluetooth doesn’t affect it. WORKS FOR ME. THANK YOU Mike for all your help. You have exceeded to teach me in 1 appointment what others had not told me in 5 years of having my hearing aides. I urge everyone with hearing disabilities to try Miracle Ear of Smithfield, NC. You will be pleased that you did and Mike Reardon will not let you down. As for the person that rated Miracle Ear of Smithfield with an “1” rating. Read their other reviews of other businesses. They get a kick out of going to different websites and rating all of them an “1”. That tells me that they have never been to these establishments and for kicks and giggles rate every one a poor rating. Being able to hear is awesome and I would never go anywhere but Miracle Ear of Smithfield. Mr Readon is an awesome specialist and a true gentleman!!! Again thanks Mr Readon and Miracle Ear.   I just wanted to say that Rick and Amber are very good. I had my first hearing test in about 20 years last week. I was always scared to go have it tested because of the way people use to treat us over 20 years ago with hearing tests. The room was very nice and the test was easy. They were very patient with me and took very good care of me, making sure to explain my hearing loss and what it means in a way I could understand. I am very proud that I went to the Smithfield Miracle Ear to get my hearing tested. They treated me with respect and took very good care of me. I picked up my hearing aids today and so far they have been real good. I have never been able to hear this good! I will be recommending some of my family members to go here without hesitation. Now my husband wants to go so he can hear the fleas on our dog!

  I have been a proud hearing aid wearer since the age of 12. I started at that time in Ohio with Miracle Ear. In college I ended up switching to a different brand that just was not as good. I am SO incredibly glad to be back to wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids in my adult years. The office staff are helpful and the overall atmosphere is positive and environment is clean. My hearing aid specialist, Rick Beare, is seriously one top notch guy and is incredibly personable. I use to have the whole “white coat syndrome,” but that is completely out the window! I no longer have anxiety when it comes to having hearing aid appointments or annual hearing exams. They are super accommodating, also, in helping find the best avenue in terms of price of hearing aids. They have many options based on prices, but also multiple ways to look at financing/help. The Miracle Ear Foundation has been immeasurably valuable as I needed additional assistance beyond traditional financing options. I appreciate the flexibility in be able to have my appointments in either Garner or Smithfield. Highly recommend not just these locations, but Miracle Ear as a whole, nationwide! Wonderfully knowledgeable staff, cutting edge technologies, and an all-around great experience. I love being able to not just hear the world around me, but being able to start identifying where sounds are coming from. Without hesitation, I recommend calling and setting up your free, no obligation hearing screening straight away.
