  Much slower than the last two visits I’ve had there, close to 2 hours from my check in time to completion on a DOT physical

  Great first experience at this urgent care facility. Checked in on kiosk located in the lobby. Hardly any wait time on a Friday evening (6pm). Staff was knowledgeable and seemed very caring...listened to my symptoms and sent my prescribed medication to the pharmacy for pickup.

  I'm leaving one star because I couldn't even speak to anybody couldn't get past the online or kiosk registration kept telling me something went wrong nobody will even come out and talk to you there is no front desk staff at all everything has to be done online and if you're home and sitting in front of a computer maybe that will work but if you're on the road have to do it through your phone and the app doesn't like your phone and then you kiosk won't take your information I would have to say this is the most impersonal and unprofessional Doc in the Box I've ever been to if you have other choices please choose if you absolutely have to go to this horrible place good luck

  Staff is friendly. But actually getting to talk to them is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. There is no one at the front desk, just a little kiosk to check in. You cant call on the phone. If you do call, leave your number, someone will call you from a call center. Not the clinic. If my employer wasn't paying, I'd have left. While I was in the waiting room, alone two people came in, absolute walked out. Absolute worst customer service set up I've ever seen. The DMV is more funn.

  I have came here many times for urgent care appointments with my kids. The practitioners are knowledgeable and fast. I do not want to stay hours at the doctor especially when my kids are sick! I highly recommend !
