  Just received an outstanding customer service experience from Christy H at the Novant Health Shallotte office. As someone new to the area, I sought assistance with registering with Novant, based on my research and online reviews. Christy H went above and beyond, efficiently and professionally registering me and booking my initial appointment. She was friendly and fully explained all my questions. I greatly appreciate her assistance and positive demeanor.

  The nurse practitioner committed malpractice by ordering my meds then canceling them and not telling me he canceled them !!!!! Michael Winfree don't go there and office manager Lisa does care at all no phone call at all !!!! Stay away !!!!!

  I travel from Wilmington to Shallotte to see M.J. Lucas. I am 71 years old and he gives me the best care I have ever had. I have my pick of any caregiver around. I will continue to see this man as long as I can.
