  Was very happy with Dr Mintz very caring and great to deal with now I get notified she s leaving here this is the 2nd diabetes dr I had at Novant that this has happened to me now what

  Been a diabetic for 20 years and I’ve been to a lot of endocrinologists and this is by fair the worst one I’ve ever been too would not recommend the staff is very rude particularly this one lady that answers the phone she definitely needs to find a new job

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had . I was so looking forward to finally getting some answers after reading the reviews online, however from the time the MA called me back she set the tone for a poor experience. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She didn't know what she was talking about and tried arguing with me about why I was even there and did this in front of others. Then once DrH came into the room I wasn't allowed to talk pretty much, he refused to look at my labwork or describe any of my symptoms. He the pushed me off back to my PCP and asked me to obtain the exact same labs I had brought in. Maybe if he would have taken the time to view them, I would have gotten some kind of answer for what I wasted my time and money on. I'm not sure where all the great reviews came from but it was the worst experience I have ever had and I have been a medical professional myself for 24 years. Never would I have ever treated a patient that way

  Dr. Virginia Czimber is FANTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend her for anyone that is a diabetic.
