  I have been thoroughly impressed with Melvin Andrews. He has been very informative on my hearing and getting the correct hearing aids. He has helped me to understand more about my hearing. I have thoroughly enjoyed my new Miracle ear hearing aids.

  Not the standards of miracle ear. The stated need to go to an ent. I had wax in left. Would not change batteries or I form me what to do. Stated it was above his pay grade. Set another appt in month for hearing test. Needed records from past test would get them. Called to cancel appt bb states got records from past visit from lincolnton, nc. Advised would come and get. She called me back stating she didn’t have previous my records were archived. This was a Blanton lie when I stated I would come and get a copy. The entire time she kept informing me to go to Southport. Informed I have never seen anyone there. I have since set up appointment with someone else . 1. Can’t Change batteries above your pay grade but can’t tell me what to do. 2. Blanton lie but she called a falsehood. 3. Not a professional office at any standard.

  Nick is very thorough and is fantastic when testing and then fitting the hearing aids. He then continues with follow-up appointments to make sure they are working properly. Great experience with the team here (including the very personable Bebe who greats the patients and sets up the appointments).

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The care and customer service is unmatched!
