  My last visit (3/2025) was quite disturbing. I arrived in the waiting room at 9:45am with a 10:00am appointment. At 10:20am, I asked if there was a problem? No problem, I was told. I sat down in the waiting room again and at 10:30am I was taken to the exam room. An assistant came to the room at 10:50am and told me that they were "having trouble with another patient" and I said that "I am not happy with this; I have two business appointments in Charlotte NC and this is causing a problem for me". Finally, another 20 minutes pass and the doctor comes in and rushes through the procedure ...because the doctor knows that I wasn't happy!! All of this said and then the billing group still wants me to pay the remaining balance ($53.00) on a $300+ billing. After all this...! The Billing Dept wants to "send my account to a Collections Agency ...after the way that I was treated as a customer! Total lack of customer satisfaction!! By the way: They charge $75.00 if you are late for your appointment?? How ironic...!!

  Lackluster customer service from the very unconcerned receptionist and a rude nurse. I have a mass that is bleeding and looks like basal cell carcinoma, and they want me to wait 6 months! What a joke and what awful medical practices. You are indebted to your clients that keep you in business. If it’s so “booked,” then either get more providers or STOP TAKING NEW CLIENTS! My first and only visit for a skin check, they only looked at my torso and legs. That is not a complete exam. They never even looked at my back where lots of skin growths and cancer can show up. I had to talk to the manager who straightened it out and got me in sooner; she was great. But office staff don’t seem to care.
