  we moved to the area a little while ago I make my son an appointment here they seemed the least bit enthusiastic about treating him . Then I give them papers for a physical and they tell me they will fill it out and will call me when it’s ready ( never have I ever left without a physical filled out in hand most doctors fill it out right there ) so I don’t have a car when I pay for a ride back up there they LOST THE PAPERS! One lady apologized but the other was rude like somehow it’s my fault they lost the papers I printed out and brought them for my son to play football it’s been two weeks his practice tomorrow and I don’t have a physical! $30 co pay FOR NOTHING!!!!

  The front office is consistently rude and unhelpful. They are nearly impossible to reach on the office phone and when you do manage to get ahold of them it is like pulling teeth to get anything done even as simple as getting a school note for the appointment seems like a major inconvenience to them. Referrals when waiting to get one sent over to wherever you need to be seen at needs to be checked up on every time because they aren't put in in a timely manner. Its a shame because the doctors there are helpful, patient, listen to concerns and do an overall very good job.

  We've been going here since our youngest was born (8/2023). There's one closer to us located in Spring Lake, but I prefer the staff and doctors at this one. Very friendly environment and the Doctors are warm, personable, and never blow off any concerns that we may have.

  I usually go to Spring Lake office but there were no providers available. The Sanford office got me in by 10 am and the front desk receptionist was so nice. Jasmine, the nurse, was so friendly and then Riley ( the med student) was a joy and so friendly! Then, we saw Dr Ryan and he was thorough, listened to me like I was important, interacted with my son noticing he was wearing Spiderman clothes, and answered my questions. We were in and out quickly.
