As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness - Sanford is more than just a gym. All of our programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor. The 25,000-square-foot fitness center includes a pool, cardio/pulmonary and physical therapy areas, an indoor walking track, free-weights and cardio areas, Les Mills™ group exercise classes and a child care facility.
