Machines "mostly" work - typically only 3 of 4 stair masters & no indication of preventative maintenance. Roof chronically leaks during heavy rain and staff does their best during these incidents. Chairs are ancient - none of them fully operate as designed - front desk claimed that Excel Fitness (the franchisee) won't cough up the $ to fix them much less update. That's pathetic. A decent (though small) PF with staff who clearly care working with not enough $ to keep things up-to-date.
