  Dr. Moore is, without question, the best physician I have ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. I’ve dealt with recurring kidney stones, and Dr. Moore always does everything he can to get me seen as quickly as possible and address the issue. Dr. Moore, if you ever come across this, please know that you have my utmost respect. Thank you for everything you do, and God bless you.

  I do not recommend coming here for help. The doctor has been cold and calous. Uncaring. I've had kidney stones for 15 straight months, that has not, will not pass on its own. I've dealt with excruciating pain the entire time. To a point I cannot move at times. The first scan they told me to check back in a year, after already having had it for 7 months without passing. I toughed it out for anouther 8 months, bc I knew I would not likely get help once again. It's gotten to the point I cannot take it anymore so I broke down and went back. And again, same as last time the only thing they did was anouther scan. The nurse called with my results only to tell me once again "yep, its still there!" And that that they will do nothing. When I went to atrium health (the hospital in kanapolis) when it was discovered, they prescribed medicines that would help it to pass, which this urologist refused to even do. I have never been more dissatisfied with a doctor in my life. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am furious with the lack of care. I will be going back to atrium, where they did not gaslight my pain, and were willing to help. I wanted to add the doctors name bc it isn't fair to the rest of the staff. Her name is Erin Ferrante.
