  Dr. Johnson was great. We shared some common experiences and interests. Very much attentive to what I had to say. The real issue was the receptionist Dee and her nasty attitude and speaking loudly about my insurance issue to the office manager even though they closed the little “glass window” they talked loud enough so if there was other people in the lobby with me they would have heard it all. And the LPN that took me back just talked to me like I was her child. Like I’m uneducated and don’t know what kind of illnesses are out there. Saying, “ black people can skin cancer too, so wear your sunscreen” ma’am I know cancer has no color. Those two members really need to watch how they talk to adults. Abuse is abuse but my goodness, enough is enough!
