  As of right now I can only say good things about this ER. They were pleasant, seemed to be thorough in getting to the core of the issue. I had a long wait, but they were caring for me all the while. They have a lot to deal with at this ER. I seen first hand the patients which came in. Some where in bad shape coming off drugs..some very unruly. In spite of that, they were professional with me. Took care of my needs. Thank you! I was hesitant to go there due to what I had heard, but I am glad I did. Keep up the good work.

  My husband had a heart attack was taken from the VA to this hospital the room was ready when we got there and they started right away helping him.everyone was so very nice and wanted to help.

  I went to Novant health in Salisbury early Friday 3/6/26 morning. There may have been about 15 patients in the waiting area. I sat there for 3.5 hours writhing in pain only to be triaged. I tried asking a nurse a question about my pain meds and all she did was keep walking and said I don't know when you will be called and I said was excuse me to ask the question and got cut off by her response she was also the only one in triage. I left and went to atrium health in Concord and was seen immediately and was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and Gallstones in which I had to get my gallbladder removed. This is my second bad experience at this hospital. The first time they were about to send me home until my wife persisted they do something immediately and only to find out that I had 3 pulmonary embolisms and could had died if sent home like they wanted.

  How about removing an IV drip that's been done dripping for 2 hours absolutely lazy and no courtesy for patients pain

  If you want your loved one and their family lied to, have the coldest inpatient care (temperature and staff) worst food, no PT for an elderly man with broken hip, back and ribs. Discharged home (after being assured he would go to a rehabilitation facility for a couple of weeks) to unsafe conditions with family pleading to have more help for him to recover. Then this is the hospital you should choose! 10/10 do not recommend
