  I am extremely disappointed with Rowan Neurology and at this point, genuinely concerned about patient safety. While I am technically a new patient to this practice, I am not new to my neurologist . I have been under his care for over 6 years at his previous practice and followed him to Rowan Neurology because of the excellent care he provides. I contacted this office in February to schedule an appointment, knowing I would need to restart my Botox treatment due to the transition. It is now April, and I still do not have an appointment. Since my last visit with him in January, I have had two emergency department visits and a seizure. My PCP and another specialist have both submitted referrals, and I was told today that they were received—but are still “pending review.” This is unacceptable. This is a clear breakdown in continuity of care. Delays of this magnitude—especially after acute neurological events—raise serious concerns about clinical oversight, referral management, and patient safety protocols within this practice. Megan in scheduling has been kind and genuinely tried to help, but the referral and intake process overall is severely inefficient and lacks urgency. Patients should not have to chase care while their condition is actively worsening. At this point, I will be escalating this matter through appropriate regulatory and corporate channels. It is incredibly disappointing to see such a highly skilled physician placed in a system that fails patients at this level. DO BETTER!!

  I love this clinic. As vocal as I am about my health, I'm that much trusting and appreciative of the care the PA and doctors give. The staff is great as well, and with all of that, I recommend the clinic.

  I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. My appointment was at 8:40, I have yet to be called back. This is ridiculous.

  The good reviews here are genuinely shocking. Never have I felt so dismissed in a medical setting. Jessica Atkinson was visibly annoyed the entire appointment and rushed to get it over with. I simply wanted help after suffering so long with migraines. Instead, I left in tears feeling entirely discouraged. I would caution anyone in need of a neurologist to please GO ELSEWHERE. I have since found a fantastic neuro that has outstanding bedside manner, is extremely educated, listens well, and actually wants to help!! Save yourself the time, money, and energy and look elsewhere.

  Went for my sleep study weeks ago and was never told anything about it. Ms. Stokes never bothered to send the results of my sleep study to my primary doctor nor has she attempted to call me with the results. I guess I should get a second option with atrium and they will have a better sense of communication than Ms. Stokes.Very unprofessional will not recommend!
