  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived within the stated 15-minute grace period, which is their written policy. I even called ahead of time to notify the office that I might be slightly late and was reassured that I would still be seen within that grace window. When I arrived, I checked in with the front desk without issue and sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. After already waiting, I was then told that the doctor refused to see me - despite being within the allowed grace period. This directly contradicts what I was told over the phone and what the office policy and 4 separate front desk/administrative staff stated. Confirming it over the phone and then turning a patient away after checking them in and having them wait is completely unprofessional and a blatant disregard for patients’ time.

  Everyone there has been very helpful to my needs. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs cardiac rehab very professional very caring
