  My only regret was not going in sooner! I have PCOS and I'm insulin resistant. I'm 20 months po. Although you have to still diet and exercise and follow the rules, it's so worth it! Dr Malico is absolutely amazing and even when I was scared, he taught me through it and told me to leave it to him, that he would take care of me! He's such a wonderful doctor, I have seen him for many things as well as hernia repair.

  I give all Appreciation to Dr Mallico and the Nutritionist that work there. They are Above and beyond with courtesy and Professionalism. Novant Needs to give those 2 a Raise in pay,

  Always have a pleasant visit no matter who I'm there to see. My health and safety is there top priority, and if I need anything Gretchen or Dr Malico see to it that I am contacted and get in the office to be seen asap. I HIGHLY recommend Bariatric Solutions to anyone!

  Bethany should remain professional at all times with all people. She should not ask some people to step back from the desk onto the purple circle and not ask others. It's happened more than once to me and a lady in the waiting room mentioned it to me this time and apologized for her. Personal feelings over professionalism not cool. Everyone else was very nice and cordial. 12-2 Update - So I had another appointment with this center and was informed that my appointment was cancelled because I missed too many appointments! I attended my last appointment where the PA wrote a prescription to help in her words "keep me from grazing." This was extremely unprofessional. I'm coming in for bariatric surgery and the term "grazing" is used as a medical diagnosis, but I just let it go. Now I'm informed that since I missed one appointment that I am not aware of (which was apparently one too many) I can no longer attend this center. I wasn't upset at all. At the end of the day, I'm actually grateful because there are other places I can go where I'm sure I will have a more pleasant and professional experience.
