  First time visit and was pleasantly surprised with the professional and courteous staff from the front desk, PA, and the doctor. It's great to have such a facility so close to home.

  Jordan farewell FNP is a very snooty uppity type in medical like she's better than other people the patients. So if you got there on Medicaid Medicare she acts like she's better than you she talks to you like you're a child when you're a grown person she has no compassion no caring she self-centered and thanks cuz she's a medical she's above others that's the type of people that don't care they just care about the paycheck. Just like Jordan farewell the people at the front desk are very rude unprofessional and if you say something to them they tell you that you're dismissed from going there. I'm sure Jordan farewell's family must be very proud of her🙄Kindness is Free. They called me to get the last word in and they sent me a letter in the mail and get the last word in . I would say do not go to this place I went there to get some skin tags removed and they're so dumb there they didn't even realize that the tanks the propane tanks was full they thought they were empty so I had to come back the same day somebody's not got enough sense to understand that! Treat people with fairness and kindness and be compassionate!

  I’ve been there 2-3 times in the last few years & the ambiance, service quality, & wait times were good but since going in May, I repeatedly received letters from my insurance company noting that they were not cooperating in sending enough requested information for them to cover my bill. Each time relaying this info to Novant, I was assured they had sent more of what was asked for repeatedly to no avail. I even got both sources on a 3 way call the last time to no avail. Now, I’m left with the bill for hundreds of dollars which isn’t fair or right. I will not be going there again if I can help it & have since switched virtually all of my doctors elsewhere that I’d started out having through what was New Hanover with great service 3 years ago. Under their new ownership of Novant, I’ve read & heard many complaints about them from several sources, inside & out, yet they seem to be buying up all medical institutions in the area. Hopefully this will not happen with more of those I’ve turned to & even if so, I hope they straighten out their many challenges to provide better quality services soon.

  Told to sit in car waited 2 hrs and nothing guess they don’t care about the sick guess try some where else and no body else was waiting parking lot was empty sad
