  Lauren is mine and my daughter’s primary care physician. She is amazing. She thoroughly listens to my concerns and treats myself and my child with professionalism and empathy. After going through several facilities in the last 8 years, I finally found a place that I feel heard and seen. Thank you, Lauren and her team for giving the best quality of care in Rockwell!

  Changed primary doctors because I’m not able to drive due to recent seizures. This was the closest. I rode my bike. The doctor I saw showed a blatant disregard for my health in all aspects. 1st and 2nd appointment, even basic things like refilling my anti seizure medication. Waste of time. I filed a complaint with corporate, and speaking with the manager tomorrow. Possible lawsuit. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy, I’ll be riding my bike 15-20 miles to stay alive. Update - after speaking with management they refused to give a refund for visit. They refused to make this right in anyway. If this is how they run their business - they won’t be in business for long. Never had such a problem with a doctor, and they can expect a lawsuit very soon.

  Lauren is the best! Listens to my woes and helps me solve my issues professionally. Highly recommend. This goes for the rest of the staff as well.

  I was sick, & I'd been dropped & without a primary care physician since at least June an hadn't had time to find a physician before I needed to be seen for a sick visit. Most Dr's offices WANT or can't take a New Patient, sick visit appointment same day especially when it was probably close to lunch when I called that day. But they got me in an out pretty quickly. I saw Bonnie, I was so sick I vaguely remember the visit. But this is why I'm taking my time to rate an post! Bonnie had done blood tests, labs, etc. just as you'd want an expect, but she actually took her time an effort to contact me personally. I was so sick I didn't even hear my phone so I didn't respond back to the calls for a few days yet she & staff had continued to contact me so I'd get the treatment an care I needed. Most don't even care if you ever know your results more less to be so concerned that there was a issue an she Cared enough to do that for me means a lot. I went yesterday again although I was a work in an they were very busy an running behind she an the staff still took their time & they never rushed me, etc. Bonnie addressed my present health conditions, compared it to how I was the other day, she ordered new labs an even checked the results of some before I left. She & I implemented a health plan, an I am finally feeling hopeful about my health again. That is why I give them a 5 +
