- MBMatthew BellSep 21, 20254.02-3 years ago I would have gave this place a lower rating simply for the fact that it was so difficult to cancel my membership,I've called main headquarters asked to speak to the manager multiple times tried everything with no success,since I've been back after being away over a year they have a new staff and I was even able to open a new membership with a different banking account,I've explained to them the issues that I had with past payments and they were very easy to work with and allowed me to come back since I've last been here they have made some switches in their policies now its much easier to cancel your membership or atleast thats what I was told. my only complaint with this place is that they dont have a bench press bar, i like to do deadlifts with heavy freeweights that is one of the most essential workouts to build overall strength and muscle sure you can use the bench press machine but its not the same as using free weights and they close at 7pm on weekends which kind of sucks but overall The place is clean the staff is friendly and for the price your not going to find a better deal anywhere else I just hope I dont have any issues next time if I try to cancel my membership
