  Had several tests via Quest Labs in Reidsville Site YJ4 earlier this month and each visit I was fortunate/ Blessed to have Kimberly as my Lab Tech. Kimberly was absolutely the best Lab Tech I have experienced in years. My situation was difficult, something I've never experienced and Kimberly walked me through each visit clearly explaining the purpose which helped put me more at ease. Kimberly is outstanding and hope to have her for any future visits to the Reidsville Quest Lab located in the Cone Health Medical Office Bldg. Thank You Kimberly!!

  I had an appointment scheduled for a paramedical exam for life insurance via Exam One, only to arrive to my appointment (that I took time off of work for) to be told that they don't have the proper equipment to take vitals! They can't check blood pressure, etc. When asked why they're still listed online as a site that performs these exams when they do not, the lady "Era" I believe could care less and rolled her eyes as my representative was trying to gain clarification. This location is basically useless.
