Our goal also is to provide effective, competent medical treatment. We want to see patients in a timely way, and to keep waiting times to a minimum on behalf of all our patients.

- AGAshly Gagliardi6 days ago5.0Melissa is the most efficient and knowledgeable assistant to doctor G for my HIMS (FAA) needs. I am in and out in 30 minutes tops and she fits me in when I am required, no problem. I call her office constantly and she is always available unless she’s with a patient and if she’s not available, then she calls me back right away. She runs the office so well. So grateful she apart of my HIMS process.

- JBJay BlackJan 29, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE FOR HIMS AME. I have been calling and emailing this place for the past 4 months trying to get on the schedule to see the HIMS AME. The scheduler, Ms. Pruit, is terrible at communicating what she needs in order to schedule you. She requested any documentation that I had received from the FAA. I sent it to her via email the same day. She then told me that I sent incomplete documentation, even though I sent all documents that I had received from the FAA. Then I received no correspondence or calls for the next few weeks. I then proceeded to call every week to make sure that she had every thing that she needed to get me on the schedule. She also told me that she would talk to the AME and let me know when I could get on the schedule. SHE DOES NOT CALL BACK. This has been a huge stall in my aviation journey. I was able to call another HIMS AME in Nags Head and seen within a week from making initial contact with him. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HIMS AME!

For some test results that I already knew. I mean hello. Was talking over me. Wouldn’t let me get a word in and started yelling at me over the phone. I would recommend never going to the places if you have kids.
