I went to the eye doctor today for the first time in a long while, and as always, LensCrafters reminded me why I love them no matter what city I’m in. After my eye exam, I headed next door to the showroom and met the most amazing woman named Hannah—and from that moment on, my experience was nothing short of wonderful.
Before my exam, I had already picked out a few frames and set them aside. I mentioned to Hannah how much I loved the glasses I already had on and that I really just wanted the same frame in a new pair. They were about a three-year-old design, so I knew it might be hard to find—but when I came out of my exam, the exact glasses I wanted were sitting in the tray. She somehow magically found them, and I already knew then that she was going to be incredible.
Hannah walked me through everything so patiently. She went over my insurance in detail, gave me the best options, explained pricing clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I could afford, what was covered, and what I’d be paying out of pocket. I never felt rushed or pressured.
I spent about three hours there genuinely enjoying myself—trying on frames, learning about lenses, and taking my time being indecisive. Hannah was so thoughtful; she would check in on me, help other customers, and then come back to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my choices. In the end, we sealed the deal with three pairs of glasses plus an adjustment on the pair I was already wearing.
She was absolutely amazing, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back, and if Hannah isn’t available, I will gladly wait for her. This was such a positive, enjoyable experience from start to finish.
