  I truly appreciate the time and thoroughness of Raleigh Opthalmology staff and doctors. I have worn glasses since age seven. I had cataract and lenses corrective surgery and now see better now than any time in life. I highly recommend them.

  I came to the office as a new patient with a problem. I was scheduled quickly, saw the correct physician and Dr Riske did a great job in treating me perfectly on the first visit! I’m so happy that I am working with this group!

  I had a great experience at my recent eye doctor appointment. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain each part of the exam and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The exam itself was very thorough, and I appreciated how modern and clean the facility felt. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about my eye health and overall comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, attentive, and friendly eye care experience.

  Did a cataract surgical work up which went very well. Told they would call to set up a date for surgery - 5 days later and after leaving a message I still don’t have a date BUT my vision has taken a nosedive to the point that I can’t see to drive so I’m very anxious which has caused me to lose patience. They were great at both visits. I went back the next day when my vision blurred and they made sure nothing else was going on.

  I have had nothing but trouble with their financial department. First, they didn’t send my claim in to my insurance. They charged me $365 for that. Not realizing the mistake that they made, I set up a payment plan for $65 a month. So, I investigated more and had them correct the mistake of not sending in my claim. Which they did. My insurance paid it, except for my copay. Which I had paid upon arrival. I also paid them another $40 dollars toward my $365. I was also charged $65 for February and again in March. That is $170 that I have not been reimbursed for it yet. Its ridiculous. All I want is my money back. My online account even shows that I owe nothing. I’m trying to figure out why they are still charging me the $65 a month. If I have any other eye problems, I will not use them again.
