  I had a really disappointing experience at Raleigh Foot and Ankle. I originally went in just to have my ingrown toenails looked at, expecting a consultation or at least some discussion of options. Instead, they went ahead and did surgery that same day on both sides of both of my big toes. Once the numbing wore off, I was in extreme pain and could barely walk. I ended up having to take an unpaid day off work because I physically couldn’t get around. I followed all of the aftercare instructions exactly, but my toes still became infected. On top of that, the antibiotics they prescribed made me extremely sick to the point where I had to go to the hospital. I reached out to the office twice trying to get help. Eventually, the doctor called and said he would send in a new medication, but he never did. Since then, I haven’t heard anything and no one has checked in on me. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this office based on how everything was handled.

  Horrible experience across the board with Dr. W. He’s pompous and made my husbands feet worse after spending so much time and money. On top of that, they double charge you for an office visit AND the treatment, a foot scan isn’t included in the $600 orthotic charge. Definitely do not recommend.

  Good information but staff does not communicate when doctor is running late so you’re left just waiting. Doctor Woelffer provides a thorough explanation of solutions and answers all questions.
