  Had an appointment for 11:45, waited until 12:15 and still had probably 20 minutes to go before the bloodwork so I left. I’ll never go back.

  How do I give this place 0 stars? The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went to this location to drop off an at-home lab. I arrived at 12:25 and the door was locked. I knocked for 5 minutes before someone came out. The woman told me she’s on her lunch break and refused to see me even though I was there before the 12:30 closing. Not only did she refuse to let me in, she was extremely rude and condescending. When I did have my labs done, the phlebotomists were complaining about how big of an order it was. It is clear that the people at this facility do not care about their patients and don’t enjoy their job or serving others. I recommend not trusting them to stick a needle in you.

  If I could give less than one star I would, I've been here twice because I had to leave the first time because the wait was so long. The times I've been there was no front desk staff and have experienced very poor customer service, if you are a business owner I would recommend using lab corp instead.
