  Do not come here for pre-employment screenings. As of this posting, they only do them from 11am-1pm M-F, and if you don’t have an appointment you’re almost certainly not getting in. Two stars because they did refer me to a nearby lab to do the screening (that was ordered THROUGH Quest).

  This is a neutral review as I have no personal experience using this lab. I do have experience attempting to assist my husband with finding this lab. Thankfully he did arrive early! We were a bit shocked to discover the location is "INSIDE" a Walmart. I strongly encourage SOMEONE to consider making this fact clear when communicating the details and directions. I suspect many people might experience similar surprise and perhaps a bit of frustration when they arrive at this address and can't easily discern where the lab is.

  Fast service, however that check in kiosk needs some work. Is not as touch-friendly as it should be. Had to hit the screen multiple times to get a response.

  Everything was fast and efficient. I got to my appointment early, checked in and only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. The gal was personable when I interacted with her. She drew my blood with very little pain and got me one my way in a short amout of time. Easy, Painless, Perfect

  It was a quick visit and Nuncia was amazing. She greeted everyone in the waiting room when she first came out and said good morning to us all! I am in the customer service industry and you just do not see this level of care anywhere anymore! I told her I do not do well with blood draws and she took it upon herself to use a butterfly needle in order to make it easier. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. No one has ever taken it upon themself to just do it, I usually have to ask. So thank you Nuncia, I hope you get to see this message!
