My sister had her eye exam, but when we asked for her Pupillary Distance (PD) to complete her prescription, we were given the runaround. One side told us they couldn't provide it unless we purchased glasses in-store, while the other side claimed only the doctor could provide it—but again, only if we bought frames from them. The exam is paid for, and the PD is a vital part of a person's vision profile. Withholding it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic rather than helpful patient care. We’ll be looking elsewhere for future exams.
