  ive been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year, and while ive never had exemplary experiences here, i continued to go because it was convenient and understood that the pharmacy staff are overworked + underpaid so i never expected much. after today, however, i will be transferring my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. i requested a prescription refill to be picked up and ran into a few issues with insurance, making the refill a bit more complicated than normal. when i went in to pick up i had to describe the issue and ask for help addressing it, and you would have thought i asked the tech to do something truly awful and difficult based on his reaction. he rolled his eyes, ignored me, and was generally just incredibly rude, even though the entire time i remained apologetic. if you can’t handle helping a customer, then please do not be in a customer facing job. i don’t need to pay to have someone treat me in such a dismissive, unkind way and will not be sorry to never see this pharmacy again.

  Employee Peggy was rude and a terrible person. She had no clue what she was doing the day I was there. She asked if she could help the next guest, then DID NOT HELP ONE PERSON! She just made things more of a mess. Totally clueless!! The Pharmacy itself is pretty bad too. Numerous times they took 3-5 days to fill a simple antibiotic prescription. Kinda need that sooner rather then later. Anyways, I removed them as my Pharmacy, will not be going back to that headache.

  Do not use this store as a pharmacy. The pharmacy manager has a TERRIBLE attitude towards customers. I've been a shopper at this store for over two years and this was my first time at the pharmacy and I am appalled at the way he is openly happy to speak to customers. And announcing my illness loudly for others around to hear it on purpose as in a way to try to shame me. its pathetic that a grown man can't leave his issues at the door before coming to work. Its not my fault he may be having a bad day. This man needs to be let go if this is the way he talks to people.
