You can tell they really know their stuff, not just about frames and lenses, but even the history and mission behind Warby Parker. They took their time with me, made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable, and helped me find glasses I absolutely love. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and knowledgeable. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had in a long time, and Steve and Wilson deserve all the recognition for it. Highly recommend visiting them if you want to feel taken care of and walk out with the perfect pair of glasses.
