Initially, I thought it was an overnight solution that wouldn't require much attention; however, I learned that the inserts were "a lifestyle change". I would have never thought something so small could have such a huge impact on one's life. My brother has been using his inserts for three days now and can already walk faster! I recommend not only the good feet store but this location on Mercantile Dr. in Raleigh because they closed at 5pm b/c it’s New Years Eve and the staff here actually stayed overtime ( it’s currently 6:19 pm) so we could go into the New Year with better feet. Now if you don’t call that customer service , I don’t know what else to say……… Mr. Prince
