I requested to reschedule the purchase of the glasses and the response was that you would lose your benefit. The impression I was left with is that the only interest was to make a sale. It was my first time attending and unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend it and I will not be back

Marissa was sweet and professional and had to deal with me being a bit grumpy initially but she dealt with the normal me later in the visit which I’ll explain. Pedro was my technician, one of the most upbeat individuals I’ve encountered and a pleasure to deal with. He’s the primary reason what could have been a bad encounter turned 180 degrees around. It’s very hard to stay irritated around Pedro. Dr Morrison was extremely professional, knowledgeable and open to questions I had that I would otherwise have been consulting an llm on. On the way to the appt, Waze messed up, then the appt time got tight, tried calling their number to let them know I was a bit behind but it wasn’t answered. Then it took me a while to figure out their location in the mall. This is why I was irritated when I showed up. Great experience.

I was greeted by Pedro and he checked me in and started on some preliminary test. He was very personable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Morrison was also very helpful answered my questions. During checkout and checking Elijah provided detailed information regarding my benefits and made sure I had booked my follow up appointment. The staff was amazing and look forward to coming back to this location
