- BAB AlexisMar 3, 20265.0I love Pure Barre in Brier Creek. The Reform and Empower classes are amazing — they kick my butt in the best way. I appreciate the small class environment and the friendly staff; I can’t recommend this location enough. My trial class was with Sarah. She made the workout feel both approachable and challenging. If you’re looking for a studio that won’t make you feel self-conscious and will push you to your limits, this is the place to try. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and effective space.
- OSOla SavasSep 24, 20251.0I got injured and asked to cancel my membership, they dragged the response and asked if I want to put it on hold and by the time they agreed to cancel, they said they will have to draft another month payment. Really bad customer service.

I’ve been told a bunch of times my membership has been canceled but have been billed for months even after my membership has been canceled. It’s truly disappointing and frustrating that after multiple calls and emails no one can seem to cancel my membership. No one calls back or emails to let you know things have been taken care of. I wouldn’t recommend signing up unless you’re taking single classes.
