- SSScotty6 days ago1.0I had an unprofessional experience at this location on 11/18 around 2 PM. A staff member named Keyshon spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone over a minor issue that could have been handled respectfully. He escalated the situation, refused to let me speak with a manager, and showed no professionalism. I want to note that Gerald means well, and the other staff members were fine, but this interaction made the visit extremely uncomfortable. As a long-time PF member, I’m requesting better customer service training and accountability.

There were 3 people at the front desk and no one was willing to help. Did just a basic workout and left. Will not be going back to that location again.
