I go back today and look and it’s still there over 24 hours later. That means the staff who was huddled in the front talking is not taking care of the bathrooms. How can you be open 24 hours and not clean the bathrooms within that timeframe?
- SSScotty6 days ago5.0I had a great experience at the Planet Fitness location in Brier Creek. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has plenty of equipment available no matter what time you go. The layout makes it easy to move around without feeling crowded, even during busy hours. The staff here is friendly, professional, and always willing to help or answer questions. The environment feels welcoming and judgment-free, which makes working out a lot more comfortable. I also appreciate that the facility is open 24 hours — super convenient with a busy schedule. Overall, this is one of the best Planet Fitness locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend this club to anyone in the Raleigh area

- PGPeter GinnNov 4, 20251.0Busy gym with aging and obsolete equipment. 4/8 stair climbers completely inoperative. Various other equipment will have “temporarily out of order” signs posted for greater than 2 weeks at a time. The franchise owner appears to be completely disinterested in basic maintenance and safety as the temporary fixes do not result in long term solutions. Equipment at other Planet Fitness gyms is much newer and has never malfunctioned on me mid workout resulting in near injury. I expressed polite concerns to the staff about this experience and was informed the franchise owner has been made aware of these chronic problems and the lack of maintenance repairs by the contracted individual. When I asked if I could escalate staff appeared to think the owner would not care. So this is my attempt to hopefully draw the attention of the owner from negative publicity which is not my MO. The aging cardio equipment is need of significant refurbishment or ideally replacement in the interest of public safety. (Speaking as someone who escaped injury when a previously repaired device malfunctioned yet again).
