    It is a pleasure working with PWL Raleigh. With Crystals help, I have been able to successively meet my weight goal. She provided excellent diet counseling and information on services available keeping in mind each client’s individual needs while explaining each phase of the process carefully.

    I love PWLC. I lost 50 pounds in 6 months. I got pregnant 6 months after the weight loss. I was able to keep 30 pounds off after having my baby. I am now back in the program to loss the extra 20 pounds I gained. Crystal is so awesome and very supportive. I recommend this place....Maame..

I would recommend PWLC to anyone who is seeking knowledgeable and motivating staff to help you along your journey. A really cool place to be.

    Best Program and I have done them all! I lost 15lbs in 3 weeks and found the program super easy and very healthy. The staff is encouraging and motivating and I recommend them to everybody.
