- PHPreanna HargroveAug 5, 20251.0Worst company! A complete waste of time. What took 24 hours at another company took this company over four weeks and they were still not able to do anything. Just to be told that because I live in another city, it's why they "ignored" the referral. Waste of time and energy, never again. I would give zero stars if I could. I already reached out to the medical company to find me a more Professional company to work with. I was told several times to send the fax to them; if I was too far away, They could just call to let me know that. Would have kept it moving and found another company. The people all seem alittle incompetent... seem like they have no clue. I wish the other company would of taken my insurance, this has been the worst like pulling teeth here.

After an incorrect invoice, we (case manager and I) have called and emailed numerous times and have received no answer. I have contacted the local consumer reported bc I have to get this lift fixed!!!!

Rich was very knowledgeable and professional through entire process and I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone! In fact, I'm going to start using them for all of my son's equipment needs!!!

He's very kind and personable. As long as he stays with the company, you're in good hands! 10/10 for him! Thankfully, Gordon is no longer with the company.
