I came in to purchase 3-4 pairs of glasses (sports glasses, prescription sunglasses and some regular daily glasses). As my wife and I were circulating in the showroom looking at samples, Kelsey politely stepped in to make some suggestions, which were really great, and then she stuck with us until we found everything. As we browsed, she was proactive in looking up lens options for each set of frames (which unfortunately ruled out one pair of Oakleys) and at the end, she patiently worked through all the vision insurance and LensCrafter sale options to maximize discounts. LensCrafters is lucky to have her on the team!

The North Hills office had no idea what the front desk person at Crabtree l was referring to so I wasted my afternoon driving to different LensCrafters for an appointment that was confirmed when I booked it online. Just go somewhere else for your exam.
