Very poor service, and I suspect some negative profiling and judgmentalism, which I never experienced at this pharmacy for over 15 years of going there. There was a new Pharmacist, Joahann, I had not seen there before. I made a scheduled appointment for a flu vaccine, and completed all the information online ahead of time. I showed up at the appointment time (9:45am), and the Joahann was already helping another customer for about 5 mins, which I had no problem with. Granted, he may not have noticed me there, because he was in the back filling a prescription. Again, no problem at all for me. When he addressed me, I stated I was there for my flu appointment. Johann asked if I wanted to also get the Covid vaccine. I said, no thank you, just the flu vaccine, which is all my employer (a hospital) required I get. He persisted, and I declined. Was that the problem? Who knows, because I also feel I may have been judged on my demographics, which did not match his. Who knows, just a vibe. Joahann checked me in on his computer, which took unusually long because I pre-filled all necessary information online when I made the appointment. From my vantage point it looked like he was doing a lot of scrolling up and down and reading the screens. That took about 3-5 minutes. A really, really long time when you are just standing there. It honestly made me uncomfortable and gave me cause for concern on what he was looking at for so long. He only asked to see my insurance card, that was it, and then asked me to be seated when he was done. It's about 10 minutes past my appointment. Annoying, because I had another appointment after that, but not insufferable. Joahann then proceeded to service 3 other customers! One for a Rx pickup and two others who were also there for a flu vaccine. He asked if they wanted a Covid shot, and they replied they already had theirs (Eureka, I should have thought of that!). I noticed their in-processing was a lot faster, and he barely took time to check them in on his computer – less than 30 seconds for both! So, now it’s ~20 minutes past my appointment, but finally I received my flu shot, which was quick and easy. I asked Joahann if he would mind completing paperwork from my hospital employer verifying my flu shot details. He agreed to; however, as I was walking out I noticed he had not filled in the lot number and expiration date (very important!). I asked if he could do that for me. He replied, “in a minute”. I politely stated that I had a 9:45 appointment (it was now 10:10), and needed to be somewhere else, and would he mind just filling in these two important details. He replied again, “in a minute”, and proceeded to provide flu shots to the two other customers. After that he completed the rest of the information on the form without comment. The entire time I felt he was indifferent and judgemental. There are so many other pharmacies nearby, it will be very easy to never go to this pharmacy again.

They don’t answer phone. Have tried for a year to get set up to receive texts when my prescriptions are ready. It never works. The employees are courteous, but it seems to not be run terribly efficiently
