Everybody is short staffed, but we need these medical professionals to have help so they can administer vaccine and booster shots. She was in charge of all of that and filling medications, yet still took the time to call my vet, wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and get my dogs seizure medication filled before I left on vacation. Thank you for everything you did to help me out the last couple of days, Heather!
