- VMVanessa MclambAug 29, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for some time and never have I had any issues. Today my partner let me out at the door. As I’m walking through the door I’m met by a combative security guard who tells me we can’t park at the door I let him know that my partner had no intention of parking at the door and that he can relax. I walked up to the door and ensured my partner I was ok and to just go park. As I’m walking to the pharmacy I through my hand up because I was over him and his attitude and I didn’t say anything out loud or to him when I did but he immediately came in front of me very closely and told me because I had an attitude I can leave. The way was treated this felt racially motivated I’m appalled at the treatment I received and all I told him he needed to do was relax because he was the only combative person in the situation. I will be calling corporate because I want the cameras rolled back and an investigation to be initiated if not I will call my lawyer.

The staff goes above and beyond for my family and I with multiple different things and feel like family. Your Dr says they never got a request, trust and believe they did! Everyone is so quick to blame the pharmacy and have no clue of the behind the scenes chaos. I highly recommend this pharmacy and the current staff that have been there for sometime. High turnover one review said? Again, youre quick to jump to a bad review and not ask questions first if your concerned. They have many students that do training there and when hours are completed they move on to the next phase. Long review short....quit being so quick to write a bad review based on something you dont understand:)

Something came up and I came to pick up the prescription the next day. I was told there was no response by my doctor. I checked with my doctor’s office and no request for a refill was made. I called Harris Teeter and they said my doctor’s office fax machine didn’t seem to be working. I checked and they lied at Harris teeter. The turnover is high there and they are incompetent! I’ll never go back and others ought to be cautious.
