I normally have to get frames from the kids section because my face is narrow. Karen measured the size I needed and went to a drawer and pulled out about 10 frames for me to try. I would have never seen them! She knew the Ann Taylor Petite would be best for me. I picked out two frames for daily and sunglasses. It just really meant a lot to me to have someone honest with me on what fits me best. Also, she also boosted sales for your store as I bought 2 designer frames rather than $50 frames from the kids section. I will definitely come back when needed and ask for Karen.

You can make an appointment for an eye exam or just walk in and ask for an eye exam and they fit you in, which I really liked as I have adhd and making and keeping appointments can be difficult for me. I would absolutely recommend it.
- YYYvetteOct 30, 20251.0Even though the exam is separate from the EyeMart I would like to suggest to customers. If you want to be treated as a human please go elsewhere for an eye exam! Ida was horrible, dismissive and passive aggressive! She used the phrase “most people” loosely in every other sentence as if she was better than me! I will say this WORSE experience! Sad part is no one was there in the eye care center nor EyeMart that could assist. Even though it is separate it was still a bad look on the overall experience! I know she will not get in trouble because she was quick to offer up her manager’s information without me asking. So I knew she felt like her behavior was ok! I will say this the world is way different now and I pray she never encounters the wrong person with her attitude. If you want to be treated as a human go somewhere else. Ida is the worse and the sad thing is for no reason! From the moment I walked in she was terrible! So one star is way too much for EyeMart & 20 20 vision as a whole!
