Club Pilates has made such a wonderful impact on my health, confidence, physical abilities, and general quality of life. The instructors are empowering, kind, and extensively knowledgeable about classical Pilates. I herniated/ruptured two of my discs and the instructors have all been very accommodating and helpful in offering modifications in form for me, so I still feel like I can continue my practice safely and effectively. This studio has become my outlet, and I am so grateful for it & all the lovely people I’ve met through it!
