    I’ve been going here since we moved to Raleigh a few years ago. Always a great workout, close by with great time options to accommodate my changing schedule. I also enjoy the variety of different classes to mix up the routine or do 2 classes in a row. Love the instructors!

    I have been going to Barre 3 Raleigh for nine years and have completed close to 2,000 classes. Since I retired 1 1/2 years ago, I have been attending Barre 3 for a 60 minute class, 7 days a week. The facility is clean, bright, appealing, and uplifting. The staff members are super courteous, inviting, and helpful. I cannot say enough fantastic things about the highly skilled, trained, and entertaining instructors. They push me, challenge me, and make exercise really fun. I am in my 60s and feel I have good energy and stamina, and am relatively fit for my age. The true test for me was when I had foot surgery five weeks ago. I will be non-weight bearing on the right side for up to four months. Thank goodness for all the balancing on one foot and Warrior 3 moves we do regularly (and that I roll my eyes about)! I can stand on my left leg and dip down to pick up a ceramic bowl full of water for my cats. Yay, Barre 3, and thank you to my favorite exercise studio in the entire world! P.S. My Barre 3 friends have been bringing me casseroles and cookies during my recovery. I feel a very strong sense of community at Barre 3 Raleigh.

    The instructors at Barre3 are excellent - they bring the energy and provide challenging classes without creating an environment that shames modifications. Would recommend!
