Please look her up if you are in the area. Miracle Ear can do better by allowing customers to contact their local Miracle-Ear establishment directly by phone rather than routing the customer to some hub for interception.

The young lady, Jordan, is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my mother. After each visit, my mother's hearing devices perform, constantly giving her quality sound and hearing. She is very happy and pleased. Yes, the hearing aids can be costly, but my mother was able to find one that she could afford on a payment plan, and it is paid off.

I've since discovered that we can get the exact same hearing aids for half the price from a local audiologist. It would be fine to pay 7k we had received superior care that has not been the case. To make matters worse, most of the staff at Miracle Ear aren't even licensed audiologists—they're just dealers pushing overpriced products. Their outrageously inflated prices are nothing short of a scam. It feels like they prey on people in vulnerable situations. Maybe you'll have a different experience, but I strongly recommend going to a licensed audiologist if you value your hearing health.
