Since the remodel the store has really gone downhill. There are too many blind corners, the cart area to enter the store is far too crowded for all the foot traffic. The worst part is the self checkout. At least 3 times per transaction my husband and I have "technical" issues. The employee will come over and check the cameras to make sure we've scanned every item. We have. The problem is we also shop at Aldi's. There the employees scan all the groceries and send you on your way, you bag in a different location. This is what makes the lines go so fast. My husband and I have adapted this approach as a way to free up the register for the next person in line. It's a courtesy. If you feel the need to have your self checkout employees working overtime, then just have them scan out the items in the first place and move the lines along.

Wow, amazing service and great price. So much better compared to CVS. The price of my medicine at CVS was $90, for the same medicine I paid around $24 at Food Lion Pharmacy.

Love everything about this place except for the deli... when I worked customer service we were taught to acknowledge people when they're standing at the counter.

I get the best pricing and customer service at Food Lion Pharmacy. The staff, without exception, has been helpful, kind, and trustworthy. The only downside is that they aren’t open Sundays- but that’s a small inconvenience considering how fantastic they are in every other area!
