  Appointment at 3:15 but at 3:54 he’s wrapping up the session saying we’re all out of time. The week before we started at 3 and ended at 4. Not happy with the service or quality of the service. After 3 sessions I can tell you I gained nothing.Since posting this review I have been receiving calls 24/7. Absolute distraction, I wish I never came here.

  We have been VERY pleased with the counselors at this practice. They have been very flexible with appointments and are always very responsive to emails and calls. The new patient portal has a learning curve and is very redundant (lots of the same questionnaires required at every single appointment) but that's a very minor complaint. My family member who receives therapy here loves the practice and I hope we never have to switch. They have grown leaps and bounds under the guidance of these therapists. The bonus has been the option for both telehealth or in-person! Really wonderful group of people who truly care.
