  My son’s surgery was at the Midtown Raleigh location and it was a great experience. Great service and staff from the consultation appointment to the day of surgery. Dr. Monahan is a great doctor and very polite 😊. 10/10

  My two children had teeth extracted at Capital Oral & Facial Surgery. My son had crowding of his teeth and required the removal of a few of them to make space for his braces. My daughter had wisdom teeth deep within her gums extracted. Both children saw Dr.Ahmad. He is excellent at his craft and came highly recommended by my childrens dentist and orthondontist! He is caring, warm and kind. The office is pleasant and has an upscale feel. His two nurses both named Jackie were amazing as well! I highly recommend this practice for outstanding care!

  Dr. Matthew Holman and the staff were amazing! They were accommodating with our schedule. They were kind and made sure we were well aware of the process. The doctor even came out to our car before we left to brief me on everything. We would highly recommend them!

  Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Capital Oral & Facial Surgery at the Brier Creek office. My son had wisdom teeth surgery last Friday, and the way the post-operative care was handled has been completely unacceptable. First, my son was released to us while he was still not fully awake from the sedation. His eyes were white and rolled back, which was extremely alarming and distressing for us as parents. Despite this condition, he was still discharged and taken out of the office. On top of that, we were told that an antibiotic prescription would be sent to the pharmacy after the procedure. Several days have now passed and the pharmacy has still not received anything. After an oral surgery, antibiotics are a critical part of post-operative care to help prevent infections and complications. It is unbelievable that after paying for a surgical procedure we now have to chase the clinic just to have a basic prescription sent to the pharmacy. This shows a serious lack of follow-up and responsibility toward patient care. I truly hope the clinic reviews its patient care and post-operative protocols, because no family should have to go through an experience like this.
